Janie Bryant Is Going Mad!

If you dont already know who Janie Bryant is, she's the costume designer behind Mad Men's fantastic look. As if her 9 to 5 isn't busy enough- Janie is currently working with Brooks Brothers to make Don’s custom suits (which will be available to the public on Tuesday) and she’s about to embark on some new licensing projects! 

In a recent interview with WWD, she explained “This approach allows me to branch out and use my creativity and ability to interpret period [fashion] to create designs for real collections that people can enjoy.”

Bryant hopes to do men’s, women’s, kids, accessories and home design. I can't wait!

MOS DEF x UNDRCRWN CUT & SEW COLLECTION

This season, UNDRCRWN is bringing you the highly anticipated Mos Def “Cut & Sew” range. When asked about the collaborative process with UNDRCRWN, Mos Def replied “ I’m loving what [UNDRCRWN] is doing. Loving how they show creativity, wit and style with their line and I’m really inspired by how they put their garments together. “ Mos Def went on to explain “[I’m] Loving how they got a very unique perspective on athletic style. They make some very strong overtures to Brooklyn and Bed-Stuy and that’s me, so I responded to that almost immediately! What they’re doing is very distinct.”

For Fall 2009, Louis Vuitton introduces Monogram Macassar- the first Louis
Vuitton permanent Monogram line dedicated to men. "Inspired by the beautiful
hazel-brown and black striped Macassar Ebony wood, the pairing of black
matte leather with the iconic monogram canvas evokes a sense of
