Secrets Are Back: Mad Men Season 5, Ep 1 "A Little Kiss" Review

Kari "Cruziiie" Cruz Whew, after the longest 17 months in my TV life I'm thrilled to say Mad Men season 5 is finally back! But much like the advertising for the show - we were left with a vague view on why "Secrets are back."
For two hours we - awkwardly- watched the new lives of many familiar characters. The season opens up in late May 1966, just days before Don Drapers 40th birthday (which we find out through his now-wife-Megan). The timing indicates that it has only been about eight months since we last saw Don and the gang, but change is underway both personally and socially. The episode opens with a scene based on real-life events, of executives at the Young & Rubicam agency dousing a crowd of mostly black protesters with water. A few of the picketers come upstairs to confront the young men: “And they call us savages!
