Halloween Inspiration via The Scissor Sisters "Baby Come Home"

As I sit in this weekend, working (wine in hand), I always look to the Scissor Sisters for some fun jams. Along the way, I got inspired to re-visit one of my old Halloween costume ideas... pirate girl chic, from the 40s. Think of bright red lips, a "vintage" inspired hair-do and short shorts! Now I just need to find somewhere to wear it. What are you going to be this halloween?

Happy Monday! If you were in NYC over the weekend, then you know that this city goes crazy over Halloween. So much, that there is even an annual parade that takes place downtown. The parade is usually a lovely place to go if you want to spot some outrageous costumes but the rain this year was a bit of a downer. Can you guess what I was? And yes, that is all purely handmade.

Halloween Costumes: Tyra Banks + Kim Kardashian

I never thought of Kim Kardashian as a Halloween costume. So I thought it was pretty funny when Tyra Banks planned on getting dressed up as Kim for today's episode. Rumor has it she will make three costume changes. Some popular costume suggestions are: Kate Gosselin, Lady Gaga & Beyonce. 

Tomorrow Kelly Ripa is going to dress up as Lady Gaga and one of the Real Housewives. Hmm....you think she'll do the Atlanta cast? hahaha.

It has been a while since baby Max made his rounds on the gossip circuit. I'm happy Christina Aguilera is dedicating her time to her baby & hubby...always good to see that! Did you notice their almost identical plaid shirts? So cute!
