I don't think I've ever seen these guys work together, but Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin have been named the dual hosts of the 82nd Academy Awards. The Academy Awards will air on Sunday, March 7, 2010 on ABC and be presented at the Kodak Theatre. [THR]
Kathy Griffin is no longer D-Listed- she was recently tapped to host ABC's new competition show Let's Dance, where celebrities will reenact famous dance routines (Anyone else feel like this is a rip on Dancing With The Stars?). The five-episode show premieres November 23 following the Dancing with the Stars performance finale.
It started with twitter & now Yahoo is jumping on the bandwagon! Yahoo has become the latest search engine to begin testing the integration of real-time results into its search data thanks to a new partnership with OneRiot. OneRiot's technology searches links and mini URLs users are sharing in real-time via services such as Twitter and Digg. The partnership is independent of Yahoo's recent search partnership with Microsoft. [WSJ]
Blame it on the iPhone. Touchscreen-based mobile phone adoption climbed 159% during the past year to reach 23.8 million U.S. users. The next largest device family - the LG Dare (8.7%).
